Kasi Viswanathan the CEO of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) maintains hope that the iconic wicketkeeperbatter MS Dhoni will make a comeback for the IPL 2025 season. Aged 42 Dhoni featured in the IPL 2024 season under Ruturaj Gaikwads guidance leaving many to speculate that his match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) marked his final appearance on the field.
However, MS Dhoni is yet to formally declare his retirement. Viswanathan is also patient with the decision since he believes Dhoni would take his time and notify CSK about his future when it is appropriate.
