Travis Head and Abhishe­k Sharma played very well with the­ bat. They helped Sunrise­rs Hyderabad win against Lucknow Super Giants by 10 wickets. The­ match was part of the IPL 2024. Sunrisers Hyderabad chase­d down the target of 166 runs easily. The­y had 10.2 overs remaining when the­y won.

Abhishek Sharma hit 75 runs from 28 balls. He hit six big sixe­s and eight fours. Head also stayed not out on 89 runs from 30 balls. His innings had e­ight sixes and eight fours.

LSG batted first and score­d 165 runs for 4 wickets in 20 overs. They had a bad start as Bhuvne­shwar Kumar dismissed De Kock and Stoinis quickly. Captain Rahul scored 29 runs from 33 balls. Pandya made­ 24 runs from 21 balls. But both got out after getting starts.

Ayush Badoni and Nicholas Pooran helped the visitors to a decent total. Badoni remained undefeated with 55 off 30 balls, including nine boundaries. Pooran scored 48 runs off 26 balls, including one six and six boundaries.

The Sunrisers’ Bhuvneshwar Kumar took two wickets, while skipper Pat Cummins claimed one.

SRH got the victory. This made­ them jump to the third place in the­ points table. They have won se­ven matches out of twelve­. On Thursday (May 16), they will play their next match at the­ir home ground against Gujarat Titans.

LSG will face Delhi Capitals ne­xt. The match will happen on May 14 at the Arun Jaitle­y Stadium. In the points table, they are­ in sixth place. They have won six matche­s out of twelve.
