Sapna Gill, a social media influencer, model, and actress, has been arrested for attacking Indian international cricketer Prithvi Shaw‘s car. Sapna is currently living in Mumbai, but she belongs to Chandigarh. Sapna gill has 222k followers on Instagram, and she posts a lot of content on Instagram, like her dancing and entertaining videos. She is also available on other social media platforms like Snapchat, YouTube and Josh. She’s also an actress and is believed to have worked in several Bhojpuri movies like Nirahua Chalal London, Mera Watan and Kashi Amarnath. She has often been spotted with several Bhojpuri Superstars.
Prithvi Shaw was manhandled for refusing to take selfies
Prithvi Shaw was pushed, and his friend’s car was attacked with a baseball bat on Wednesday, February 15, in Santacruz, Mumbai, right outside the hotel during the early hours.
As per the Statement, Sapna Gill and her friend Shobit Thakur approached Indian Cricketer Shaw requesting to take selfies with them. Initially, Shaw accepted their request and took a few selfies with them, but after Sapna and her friend became more demanding, Shaw refused them. After getting rejected, they started misbehaving, which led to the Hotel Manager asking them to leave.
After the incident, when Shaw and his friend were going to have dinner at the hotel, Sapna Gill and his friends attacked the car’s windshield using baseball bats near a traffic signal at Oshiwara in Mumbai.
Shaw’s friend Ashish Yadav filed a complaint at Oshiwara Police Station. As per ANI, Sapna Gill has been arrested for attacking the cricketer’s car and for blackmailing the cricketer for a fake police case demanding 50,000.
Kashif Ali, the influencer’s lawyer, says against the charges defending Gill and her friends.
He said, ” Sapna and her friend asked for a selfie from Mr Shaw, who was heavily drunk. The hotel staff even deleted the CCTV footage.”
