As the Rajasthan Royals (RR) prepared to face the Gujarat Titans (GT) in a home game in Jaipur on Wednesday, April 10, skipper Sanju Samson humorously overlooked the team combination at the toss.
Pommie Mbangwa, a former Zimbabwe cricketer, facilitated the toss and questioned Sanju Samson a series of questions before announcing the team composition. However, the Kerala player could only muster an embarrassed smile before walking away. It was subsequently revealed that the Royals rested Nandre Burger because to a niggle, instead bringing in young seamer Kuldeep Sen.

Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill decided to bowl first after winning the toss. He explained that the cloudy weather influenced his choice. The team brought in Matthew Wade and Abhinav Manohar. Kane Williamson and Darshan Nalkande were left out for this match.
Sanju Samson’s Squad Emerges as Only Undefeated Team in IPL 2024
The Rajasthan Royals have won all four IPL 2024 matches and will be seeking for a fifth in a row against the Titans. Rajasthan should be confident of defeating the 2022 champs, since they have won more than 60% of their home matches.
Rajasthan began their IPL journey victoriously against Lucknow. Next, they conquered Delhi and Mumbai teams. Finally, they triumphed over Bengaluru’s Royal Challengers.
The Royals got a big win from Jos Buttler against RCB. Buttler had a good game while Virat hit a century. Sanju Samson batted well too, getting two fifties. But the Titans struggled a bit, losing their second straight match to the Super Giants.
Shubman Gill and his players will want to get their campaign back on track.
