Kuldeep Yadav, an Indian wrist-spinner, has had some fantastic moments with a lot of teammates whenever he has represented the Men in Blue. He gets along well with the seniors in the club, including experienced opener Shikhar Dhawan.

Dhawan is known for his cheerful nature and is frequently seen in social media photos enjoying amusing experiences with the team’s younger members. Kuldeep, on the other hand, once irritated Dhawan ahead of India’s 2019 ODI World Cup warm-up game against Bangladesh.

On the show “Breakfast with Champions,” Kuldeep Yadav had this to say about the incident involving him and Shikhar Dhawan:

“Shiki Paaji is very friendly and sometimes tries to pull the leg of his teammates too. Before the World Cup warm-up game against Bangladesh, he walked past me and pulled my ears. I instinctively bit him and he got a bit angry about it.”

Kuldeep Yadav has previously talked about how Rohit Sharma has helped him get back to his best after returning from injury. In the above-mentioned “Breakfast with Champions” episode, he discussed his chats with the Indian captain when the two were at the NCA.

Kuldeep commented on this:

“Rohit Bhaiya always wanted me to work on that (increasing pace) and when I was at the NCA, he came to me and said, ‘I don’t know how you would do it, but I want you to do this. Take any bowling coach and bring this change.’

“I always convince him for taking DRS, but just look away if the ball is missing the stumps (laughs).”

Kuldeep’s accuracy has improved significantly after he began working on bowling faster through the air. Batters have also had a more difficult time picking him.

He has seen the benefits of this in the current Indian Premier League season as well. While the left-armer has only taken eight wickets in nine games for the Delhi Capitals, his economy rate is only 6.74.
