Aakash Chopra has handpicked Jake FraserMcGurk the opening batsman for Delhi Capitals (DC) as a player to keep an eye on during their upcoming IPL 2024 showdown against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Delhi on Tuesday 14th May. He specifically highlighted the unfortunate departure of the explosive batter in their recent faceoff against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).
With 12 points obtained from 13 games and a net run rate of 0.482 the Capitals are currently ranked sixth on the points table. To keep their extremely slim hopes of qualifying for the playoffs alive they must secure a resounding victory against LSG.
In a video posted on his YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra said that if the Delhi Capitals win the toss, they should set a target for Fraser-McGurk as their first priority in Tuesday’s game.
