Amid a whirlwind of talks regarding Hardik Pandya’s form doubts surfaced when he got enlisted in Indias 15player squad for the T20 World Cup. His lackluster performance in his comeback IPL 2024 season with the Mumbai Indians further fueled the speculations.

However the talented allrounder has effortlessly dismissed those speculations and currently stands as Indias highest wickettaker in the competition alongside Arshdeep Singh. Hardik has bagged seven wickets from three matches at an average of 9.28 and an economy rate of 5.41.

While he has been excellent with the ball, Hardik Pandya has had little opportunity to demonstrate his batsmanship. He batted once against Pakistan and scored only seven runs.

He will next be seen in action when India faces Afghanistan on Thursday, June 20 in Barbados.
