Parag had a chance to make a mark, given that there were almost 10 overs remaining in the innings, but he was dismissed while attempting a lofted shot off of Rovman Powell‘s bowling. Unfortunately, he failed to make contact, and the ball hit his stumps, resulting in his dismissal with only seven runs from 11 deliveries to his name.

Riyan Parag’s incredible performance in the Guwahati Premier League made him the talk of the town. He was exceptional on the field and finished as the top scorer and most successful bowler. But despite playing 50 IPL games, he has struggled to make a difference, only scoring two half-centuries. It is yet to be determined if Rajasthan Royals will show faith in him for upcoming matches despite another underwhelming performance.
