Rishabh Pant shared his thoughts following the unfortunate car accident on the Delhi-Dehradun roadway. He expressed a feeling like his clock had stopped.

While appearing on the Star Sports program ‘Believe’, Pant revealed:

“First time in my life, I felt like my time in this world is up. During the accident, I was aware of the wounds, but I was lucky as it could have been even more serious. I was feeling that someone saved me.”

He shared his strong desire to bounce back through diligent effort post-injury recovery. He said:

“I asked the doctor how long will it take for me to recover, he said it would take 16-18 months. I knew I had to work hard to cut this recovery time.”

There’s a high chance Pant will be leading the Delhi Capitals (DC) in IPL 2024. He participated in the Dubai-based IPL 2024 mini-auction. Delhi’s team was also there.
