R Ashwin has earned 113 wickets against Australia and moved ahead of Anil Kumble, who previously held the highest Indian wicket-taker against the Aussies. With this, he also equaled Australian bowler Nathan Lyon’s record for most wickets in Border-Gavaskar Trophy matches. However, Nathan Lyon will likely take over the lead soon as he bowls in the ongoing Test match in Ahmedabad.
