The fact that SRK, Juhi and her Husband, Jay Mehta are the co-owners of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) is well acknowledged.

When SRK and Juhi coalesce to form one of the most reputed Bollywood pairs of that time, they also come along with sports fans during KKR games. However, disclosed that the duo are not the best to watch any match with them due to the fact they get played out.

She also revealed how Shah Rukh unleashes his rage on her if the team does not do well at a function in Mumbai, as reported by IANS News.

“IPL is always exciting. We all are in front of our television sets. When our team plays, it is interesting to watch them and we all are highly tense. It is not good to watch a match with him (Shah Rukh Khan) because when our team is not performing well, he vents out his anger at me. I tell him to tell that to the team and not me. So we are not the best people to watch the match with. I think the same goes for a lot of owners. They all can be seen sweating while their teams play.”

KKR was great in the­ IPL league. They won two time­s in 2012 and 2014. Gautam Gambhir was the captain when they won the­se titles.

They also advanced to the 2021 final, but were defeated by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

KKR are off to a sensational start in IPL 2024

IPL 2024 has been a boon for KKR so far with the side winning their three opening wins to remain on top of the table.

KKR took inspiration from this nail-biting win against SRH in their first match to substantially improve their previous performance in the next two games. They crushed the RCB by 7 wickets at M Chinnaswamy Stadium and made it to their second win in IPL 2024.

On the other hand, it was their turn to show their best to defeat Delhi Capitals by 106 runs and make it to the hat-trick of wins. Following the order of batting, KKR ended up scoring the second highest score in IPL history, which was 272/7 in just 20 overs.

The bowlers then followed up the hitters’ exploits by knocking DC out for only 166, resulting in a stunning 106-run victory.

KKR will attempt to make it four in a row in their next match against CSK on Monday, April 8.
