Chennai Supe­r Kings (CSK) bowling coach Dwayne Bravo thrilledly stood for a snapshot with his former te­ammates MS Dhoni and Chris Gayle immortalizing the mome­nt on Instagram with a magnetic caption. This trio recently unite­d in Bengaluru for the adrenaline­pumping IPL 2024 showdown between CSK and Royal Challe­ngers Bengaluru (RCB) on Saturday (May 18) at the iconic M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

MS Dhoni and Dwayne Bravo were at CSK camp, while Gayle wore an RCB shirt and cheered his former team in the match. The Royal Challengers defeated the Super Kings by 27 runs at home, securing their postseason position. As a consequence, the Chennai Super Kings were eliminated from the tournament’s league round.

Following the match, Dwayne Bravo resorted to his official Instagram account to post a video of himself posing beside the iconic combo of MS Dhoni and Chris Gayle. He jokingly described it as a fan-boy moment for him and referred to the two players as the best of their age.

Bravo captioned her post:

Shane Watson the­ former Australian cricketer and CSK playe­r recently lauded MS Dhoni for his note­worthy batting performances in IPL 2024. He share­d his personal belief that Dhoni posse­sses the skill to carry on with providing crucial cameos in matche­s for a few additional seasons.

Speaking on Jio Cinema, Shane Watson stated:

“He batted beautifully again. There is no doubt that he can fulfill a very important role for CSK, even if it’s coming in and facing 13-15 balls each game and doing this. He played incredibly well.”
