Veteran Indian wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik came into a challenging topic involving his colleagues and prominent batsmen Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Over the years, DK and Kohli have developed a close friendship that includes Rohit.

When he was asked which of the two outstanding batters he enjoyed seeing the most bat, it was undoubtedly difficult for him because of this. Karthik avoided a situation that may have resulted in some amusing banter by responding in a quite smart way.

In a stunning batting collapse against India, Pakistan lost their final eight wickets for just 36 runs. While the Pakistani batsmen were criticized by many in the cricketing community for their lack of effort and attitude, Dinesh Karthik thinks India’s skill with the ball was the catalyst for the collapse.

In response, he said:

“Yes Pakistan collapsed, but it was due to high quality Indian bowling. If you look at literally each wicket, there was some great bowling and pressure applied on the field by the Indians and that’s why Pakistan collapsed. Yes there’s a little lack of skill, but it was great bowling by Indian team.”
