Rumours of a rift between CSK skipper MS Dhoni and star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja have been circulating in recent days.

Concerning the accusations that things aren’t going well between the two senior CSK cricketers, it all started when a video of an uneven conversation between Dhoni and Jadeja went viral on social media. This came after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Delhi Capitals (DC) by 77 runs on Saturday, May 20 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

While the win secured CSK’s place in the IPL 2023 playoffs, Dhoni and Jadeja were spotted discussing something serious as they returned to the dressing room.

Although no specifics regarding the discussion have emerged, social media was buzzing again as Jadeja tweeted a mysterious tweet barely a day after CSK’s triumph against DC.

The 34-year-old tweeted on his official Twitter account:

Karma will get back at you, sooner or later it surely will.”

He captioned the photo “Definitely” and added a thumbs-up emoji. While the tweet made no mention of the famous video, many people assumed that Jadeja was indirectly mocking his CSK captain.

The narrative did not end there. Rivaba Jadeja, the cricketer’s wife, retweeted the post and provided some advice:

“Follow your own Path…”

She accompanied the caption with an emoji of folded hands. Rivaba’s remark sparked even more debate, with followers questioning whether something had seriously injured Jadeja.
