The 30-year-old all-rounder made a remarkable comeback by slowing it down, and Das repeated the shot. Virat Kohli also scored his highest score of the tournament, 37 off 28 deliveries, while Rishabh Pant provided the Men in Blue a boost with a 24-ball 36. Hardik Pandya stood out as the best batter, striking an unbeaten 50 off 27 balls. The all-rounder also shared a 53-run stand with Shivam Dube, who hit three maximums in 34 balls.
India finally defeated Bangladesh handily, with Kuldeep Yadav emerging as the standout bowler with scores of 4-0-19-3. Arshdeep Singh and Jasprit Bumrah both finished with two, while Hardik Pandya had one.
