Team India batter Rishabh Pant recently enjoyed playing arcade video games with Shikhar Dhawan. It has been over a year since Pant was sidelined due to serious injuries from a car crash in December 2021.
Pant underwent medical treatment and worked hard in rehabilitation at the NCA in Bengaluru during 2023, but he was unable to restore his fitness for the ODI World Cup. He is now set to make his long-awaited comeback by captaining the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the next IPL 2024.
Shikhar Dhawan, Pant’s former DC colleague and current Punjab Kings (PBKS) captain, has fallen out of favor with the Indian squad in recent years, after the rise in stock of Shubman Gill.
