KL Rahul led his team Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He started well but lost his wicket after scoring 29 runs. Rahul faced 33 balls and scored at a strike rate of 87.88. He hit one six and one four. Rahul got out after a decent start in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match on Wednesday.
LSG lost a wicket in the 10th over of the match. The right-hander KL Rahul tried to put a length ball from SRH captain Pat Cummins away. However he maned to spoon it up towards T. Natarajan at short midwicket who ran to his right and took the catch off an undersized pull shot by the wicketkeeper.
The Super Giants lost their skipper at the midway point. They were reduced to 57/3 after ten overs.

At the time of writing, the visitors were 85/4 after 13.4 overs, with Nicholas Pooran and Ayush Badoni batting. The last hitter to be removed was Krunal Pandya, who was run out by Cummins. Meanwhile, Bhuvneshwar Kumar dismissed Quinton de Kock and Marcus Stoinis.
The SRH and LSG teams want to win again. SRH lost their last match to Mumbai Indians by seven wickets. LSG lost their last match to KKR by 98 runs. Both teams have won six matches out of eleven so far this season.
