David Warner also filmed a commercial with SS Rajamouli, who played a character from his film Baahubali. The southpaw headed to his official Instagram account to share some photos from the shoot. He also expressed thanks for the chance and the devotion of his Indian followers, writing:

“Playing in India has introduced me to many things but if I had to pick a favorite it would be the films. Pushpa, Baahubali, RRR…I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched these legendary films (and even edited myself in those ????)

So getting the chance to pay homage to my favorite films was an absolute blast. Thank you legend @ssrajamouli & @cred_club for making this happen ???? Hope I’m eligible to get an aadhar card now ????????

This IPL season, David Warner failed to score big for Delhi Capitals. His runs tally stood at 166 across 6 matches with an average of 27. A lone half-century was the highlight for the veteran opener. Despite a couple of promising starts, he couldn’t capitalize on them.

His failure to set the tone at the top has hampered DC’s success this season. They are presently ranked ninth in the points standings, with only two victories from six games.
