David Warner, the Australian cricket opener, has gained a significant following on social media for his face-swapped videos, which have entertained many of his fans. Recently, he posted a video on Instagram where he transformed into renowned Indian actor Vikram, sharing a clip from the movie “I” on February 25. In the video, Warner fights off a group of goons alone in a gym after swapping faces with Vikram. He challenged his followers to identify the film, which many did correctly due to the movie’s enormous popularity, directed by S Shankar. Warner has previously expressed his love for Indian movies, transforming himself into various actors, earning him praise from fans in the country. On the cricketing front, he last played during the second Test of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against India.

During the first two Tests of the four-match series against India, David Warner struggled to find form, scoring just 1 and 10 in the opening Test in Nagpur. His fortunes could have improved in the second fixture in Delhi, where he managed just 15 runs in the first innings. Unfortunately, Warner suffered a concussion after being hit on the helmet by Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj on Day 1 and could not participate in the rest of the match. Furthermore, he sustained a hairline fracture in his left elbow during the game, causing him to be ruled out of the third and fourth Tests and forcing him to return home.
