The Team India contingent in England began off their practice sessions ahead of the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023 final with a fun drill. The summit clash of the second edition of the WTC, which begins on June 7, will feature India and Australia.

The subcontinental team also advanced to the final of the inaugural World Test Championship in 2021. They finished second when New Zealand upset them in a rain-soaked encounter in Southampton.

After falling barely short two years ago, the Indians will try to reclaim the mace this time. The first set of players from IPL teams who were dismissed in the group stage has arrived in England to begin preparations for the upcoming match against Australia.

The BCCI shared a video on their official Instagram account to provide fans with a preview of the player’s activity on the field in England. Shardul Thakur, Axar Patel, Umesh Yadav, and others may be seen participating in a fun drill in it.
