Sanju Samson, a player for Team India, shared a touching message for his wife, Charulatha Remesh, on their fifth anniversary. They got married on December 22, 2018.
Sanju Samson is now in South Africa with the Indian team. He took part in the three-match One-Day International series, which Team India won last night (December 21).
The 29-year-old footballer turned to his official Instagram account today and uploaded a handful of images with his wife Charulatha, revealing that their trip has been nice thus far. He captioned the picture:

Sanju Samson’s first ODI ton powers India to series win over South Africa
An exciting cricket match between Team India and South Africa unfolded on Thursday at Boland Park in Paarl, wrapping up the three-match series.
India, batting first, scored a respectable 296/8 in 50 overs. Batting in the number 3 slot, Sanju Samson scored an impressive 108 runs. With the help of key partnerships with KL Rahul, who scored 21, and Tilak Varma, who added 52, Samson’s stand-out performance marked his first international century.
South Africa seemed to dominate during the initial part of the chase, achieving a score of 141/2 by the 26th over. Nevertheless, their control faltered. Wicket losses began occurring consistently. Achieving a final score of 218 in 45.5 overs, they lost the game by 78 runs. India credited its victory to Arshdeep Singh, who secured four wickets during his turn to bowl.
Sanju Samson gave a reflection on his game-winning knock at the post-match presentation, saying:
“I just focused on my process. I keep working hard every day, glad that the results have come out. Would like to continue and keep performing for my country. This format gives you some extra time to take, some understanding of the wicket, and what the bowler is trying to execute and get you out.”

“The whole country is very proud of the way Tilak Varma has stepped up at this age, his performances in the IPL and the shorter formats has been really good. Whenever a junior comes in, the standard expected from him is known to him. Fast bowlers playing three games in six days is not easy, traveling in between. The performance is really appreciable.
