Rishabh Pant, Team India’s top wicketkeeper-batsman, will make his long-awaited return to competitive cricket in the forthcoming Indian Premier League (IPL 2024).
Rishabh Pant has joined the Delhi Capitals (DC) preparation camp and begun practicing for his return season. The southpaw was recently spotted sweating it out in the nets, where he had some throwdowns.
On Wednesday, March 13, a fan uploaded a video of Pant’s online session to the microblogging platform X (previously Twitter). In the video, the energetic hitter hits a flat six to midwicket.
Rishabh Pant was ruled out of the IPL 2023 and numerous key international assignments, including the 2023 ODI World Cup, after suffering serious injuries in a horrible automobile accident in December 2022.
Much to the pleasure of his supporters, Pant has been certified totally fit for the IPL 2024. Last year, Delhi had a disastrous season under David Warner, ending in last place in the rankings.
