Nitish Rana, the captain of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), has indirectly responded to his omission from the impending India tour of South Africa. The reply occurred only days after the BCCI revealed squads for the white-ball and red-ball series.

While various names were considered for the six declared squads, including India A teams, Rana was absent from all of them.
