During an IPL 2023 match against the SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH), Ravindra Jadeja, the all-rounder for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), delivered a remarkable performance, taking 3/22 in four overs. The MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai was illuminated by this outstanding display from the top all-rounder on Friday, April 21.
SRH began their innings strongly, with a swift 35-run opening partnership, but seamer Akash Singh soon dismissed English batsman Harry Brook. Despite this setback, SRH continued to build their innings, reaching 70-1 in nine overs and appearing set to post a score of over 170.

Ravindra Jadeja has been showcasing his excellent bowling skills this season, having taken nine wickets in six matches, with an average of 15.78 and an economy rate of just 6.76. In CSK’s second win of the season against the Mumbai Indians (MI), Ravindra Jadeja was declared the Man of the Match for his impressive performance, picking up figures of 3/20 in four overs.
CSK has made a great start to their IPL campaign, having won three out of five games, and currently placed third in the points table.

Shivam Dube, the all-rounder for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), has credited skipper MS Dhoni for his impressive batting performances this season. Dube revealed that before the season, Dhoni had conveyed a message to him that encouraged him to play without fear.
Dube said in a video shared by CSK:
“Mahi Bhai (MS Dhoni) once told me something and those are the most encouraging and motivating words for me – ‘You’re good, just be fearless’. The last IPL was the best IPL of my career till now. I got the chance to show what I can do. When I played against LSG, I’ve got the confidence that I can achieve something at this level. And I felt that can be the cricketer which I think I am.”

Shivam Dube has been a part of the Chennai Super Kings squad since last year and has mostly batted in the top order, primarily at No. 4, this season.
In the previous season, Dube scored 289 runs in 11 matches, with an average of 29 and a strike rate of 127.18. He has carried forward his excellent form this season, scoring 134 runs in five innings, with an average of 26.80 and a strike rate of 139.58.
