On Friday, April 21, Delhi Capitals (DC) players’ stolen kit bags containing their cricket gear, including bats, were found and recovered. DC captain David Warner shared an image of the recovered items on his Instagram story to inform about it. Earlier, it was reported that the players’ 16 bats, pads, shoes, thigh pads, and gloves were missing after their match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in Bangalore.
Following an inquiry, the stolen items were partially retrieved and returned to the DC players on the said date, and David Warner shared a picture of the recovered goods on his official Instagram handle:

Delhi Capitals (DC) secured their first win in the 2023 IPL season after losing five consecutive matches. They defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by four wickets in a match with a low score on a slow Delhi pitch. KKR batted first and managed to score only 127 runs. DC’s captain David Warner played a crucial role in the chase, leading from the front with a significant half-century innings that helped his team secure the win in the final over.
