Yuvraj Singh the former Indian cricket allrounder shared a heartwarming message with Australian opener David Warner who bid adieu to international cricket on Tuesday June 25. The Victorian is cherished as one of the most beloved overseas cricketers in India.
With an unforeseen turn of events Warner departed from the realm of international cricket as Australias journey in the T20 World Cup 2024 came to a halt marked by Afghanistans triumph over Bangladesh in the crucial final Super 8 encounter. The experienced southpaw had earlier announced his retirement from Test and ODI formats.
Several former cricketers flocked to social media to congratulate David Warner on his retirement. Yuvraj also wished the legendary cricketer a happy retirement.

The Australian opener put on a commendable performance in the T20 World Cup accumulating 178 runs in seven matches with an average of 29.66 and a strike rate of almost 140. Moreover he registered two halfcenturies and established a strong opening partnership with Travis Head.
