Rajasthan Royals (RR) skipper Sanju Samson faceÂd a batting setback against Royal Challengers BeÂngaluru (RCB) during the IPL 2024 Eliminator in Ahmedabad on WedneÂsday. Despite an encouraging start with 17 runs off 13 balls Samson faileÂd to capitalize on his performance and was eÂventually stumped by Dinesh Karthik off Karn Sharmas deÂlivery.
The dismissal happened in the eleventh over. Sanju Samson moved down the track, and Karn hit one wide outside the off-stump. The ball spun away from the batsman, and Sanju Samson failed to make a hit as Karthik quickly removed the bails. The right-hander had little chance of returning to the crease as he drifted sideways. He hurled the bat in fury after being dismissed.
