Tilak Varma played amazing cricket. Over past 2 seasons, he scored 740 runs in 25 T20 matches. His strike rate was 144.53, and scored 3 half-centuries too. Such batting helped him get selected for India T20 and ODI teams. Tilak Varma is just 21 years old. In T20 Internationals, he smashed 336 runs in mere 15 innings at 139.41 strike rate. That includes 2 more fifty-plus scores.
Tilak Varma just guided Hyderabad to the 2023-24 Ranji Trophy Plate Trophy. With the bat, he scored three hundreds. The middle-order hitter will now aim to deliver in the IPL 2024. He will join Australian finisher Tim David in the playing XI.
