Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina has recreated Yuzvendra Chahal’s iconic sitting pose from the 2019 ODI World Cup in a photo shared on his Instagram account. The pose has become famous and the subject of numerous memes. Suresh Raina joked that he had to train hard to perfect the signature posture of the star Indian leg-spinner.

Chahal had recreated the pose several times before, including when he celebrated his brilliant hat trick against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL).

The ongoing four-match Test series between India and Australia has seen the hosts dominate the visitors, securing comprehensive victories in the first two fixtures. India retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the fourth straight time with a six-wicket win in Delhi, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead. The third Test will be held at the Holkar Stadium in Indore, starting Wednesday, March 1, followed by the fourth and final Test at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad between March 9 and 13. After the red-ball matches, the two teams will battle it in a three-match ODI series, with Yuzvendra Chahal part of India’s 18-member squad. The opening match will be played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on March 17, with the second and third ODIs to be held in Visakhapatnam (March 19) and Chennai (March 22), respectively.
