Farmer cricket player Sachin Tendulkar visited Surya Temple in Jammu & Kashmir for divine blessings on a Thursday, on February 22. It was two days after reaching Kashmir, a popular spot in India. The 50-year-old is presently capturing priceless moments on his inaugural trip to this part of the country.
In a video circulating on X (previously Twitter), a priest claimed to be a huge admirer of Sachin Tendulkar, also known as the ‘God of Cricket’, and touched his feet. The legend replied instantly, folding his hands and lowering his head. The priest spoke:
With his wife Anjali and daughter Sara by his side, Sachin Tendulkar stepped into the temple. He carried out the religious ceremonies with the aid of the priest.

On Wednesday, Sachin Tendulkar was spotted playing gully cricket with his admirers in Gulmarg. He also visited the Kashmir Willow Bat Factory.
He uploaded an overhead footage on Tuesday before arriving in Kashmir. Other passengers and crew members greeted him with cries of ‘Sachin, Sachin’ during the journey.
