Rohit Sharma the Indian skippeÂr was in attendance at the preÂstigious Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Monday for the grand unveÂiling of the fresh jerseÂy for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 which is all set to happen in the USA and the West Indies neÂxt month. Respected BCCI SeÂcretary Jay Shah also graced the occasion.
Adidas, India’s official kit sponsor, has previously shown the jersey in a teaser. The BCCI has now shared a video on its social media accounts that shows fans a closer look at the Men in Blue’s official T20 World Cup outfit.
Rohit Sharma can be seen strolling alongside Jay Shah at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where they introduced the shirt and official training outfit. Rohit was also spotted autographing a jersey with his name and number.

He said:
“I haven’t really thought about retirement. But, I don’t know where life takes you. I am still playing well at this point in time – so I am thinking I am going to continue for a few more years and then, I don’t know. I really want to win the World Cup and there is a WTC final in 2025, hopefully India makes it.”
