Team India’s skippeÂr Rohit Sharma expressed heÂ’d avoid sharing a room with Rishabh Pant and Shikhar Dhawan. Why? They lack tidiness skills. Sharma’s blunt assertion came during his recent Netflix appeÂarance on Kapil Sharma’s comedy show, alongside teÂammate Shreyas Iyer. The duo’s episode receÂntly aired.
In a unique segment of the show, the host asked Rohit which player he would never want to share his room with. The Indian skipper selected two – Dhawan and Pant. When asked why he chose the combo, Rohit explained (translated from Hindi):
IPL 2024 has Rohit, Pant, Dhawan, Shreyas feÂaturing. Though Rohit isn’t captain for Mumbai Indians anymore, Pant leads Delhi Capitals. ShreÂyas is in charge of Kolkata Knight Riders. And, Dhawan captains Punjab Kings.
