Rishabh Pant, a star Indian wicketkeeper-batsman, is expected to make his competitive cricket comeback after nearly 15 months as captain of the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the IPL 2024 season.
According to Cricbuzz, Pant has made a full recovery from a tragic vehicle accident in December 2022, and he also played a practice match in Alur.
According to the assessment, Pant has excellent mobility. In the practice game, he hit and ran as well as he had before the injury. According to reports, Rishabh Pant will play as a pure hitter for DC, while another specialist wicketkeeper will be added to their XI.
Pant is now at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), but the DC authorities are sure that the top hitter will be cleared to play in the IPL 2024.
