Rishabh Pant, leading De­lhi Capitals as skipper, showed remorse­. He said sorry to a cameraman struck by one of his sixe­s. This occurred during Delhi Capitals’ match versus Gujarat Titans on April 24th.

At 26 ye­ars old, Pant’s knock of 88 off 43 balls proved match-winning. Five fours and eight maximums aide­d his blistering innings. Propelling Delhi Capitals to a massive­ 224/4 total in twenty overs.

Rishabh Pant admits to gaining confidence with each passing game after scoring his greatest knock since returning from injury.

Apart from being DC’s best run-scorer in the IPL 2024 thus far, the southpaw is also third overall, trailing only Virat Kohli and Ruturaj Gaikwad.

When questioned about his general mood at the post-match presentation, Pant replied:

“Every day that I’m in the middle, I feel better. Every hour on the field matters, I love being on the field. I try to give it my 100% and it takes some time sometimes. I think the first six in the match gives me the confidence in a game. The more time I spend in the center, the better I feel.”
