Ravindra Jadeja, Team India’s all-rounder, has entire trust in the newcomers who have been brought in to help the team overcome its chronic injury issue for the remainder of the Test series against England.
Without Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, and KL Rahul, it’s expected that the Men in Blue will exhibit a fresh middle-order. Possible options may consist of Sarfaraz Khan, Rajat Patidar, Devdutt Padikkal, and possibly, Dhruv Jurel.
KL Rahul needs more time to heal and play for the rest of the games. So, they decided to bring in Devdutt Padikkal, who’s currently hot on the field.
Rajat Patidar made his Test debut during the second Test at Vishakapatnam, however he is still relatively inexperienced in international cricket.
Jadeja believes that the newcomers’ Ranji Trophy experience would be beneficial, considering the current series is being played under similar conditions.

Sarfaraz Khan, Devdutt Padikkal, and Rajat Patidar have all consistently built up runs on the domestic circuit, earning national call-ups. While Patidar will keep his spot, either Sarfaraz or Padikkal will make their Test debut in the third Test against England.
Aside from the aforementioned individuals, uncapped pacer Akash Deep was also included in the team.

Ravindra Jadeja hurt his hamstring during the first match in Hyderabad. Some figured he would need to rest for several weeks. Against odds, he’s healing quickly. His return to the active roster is imminent.
“Body will return to rhythm after playing for one-two days,” Jadeja said of his injury. “Lots of cricket is being played these days. I can’t hide in the field. I am always in a hot spot. The team also expects that from me. I am happy to do that. Yes, I have to be careful but that can’t be managed.”
