Former Indian captain MS Dhoni celebrated his birthday with friends. Former Indian teammates Zaheer Khan, Parthiv Patel, and Rishabh Pant were also in attendance.
MS Dhoni is taking advantage of his time off the pitch following a successful Indian Premier League season earlier this year. Despite a knee ailment, the renowned cricketer guided Chennai Super Kings (CSK) wonderfully in IPL 2023, helping them win the trophy for a record-equaling fifth time.
CSK have confirmed MS Dhoni’s involvement in IPL 2024 to his passionate supporters by including him on the retained players list.
MS Dhoni’s pal recently offered followers a glimpse of him by posting an Instagram photo at a birthday party. MS Dhoni might be seen in it, along with Parthiv Patel and a few others.
“It’s not going to be easy”- Anil Kumble on MS Dhoni’s lack of game time ahead of IPL 2024
Former Indian spinner Anil Kumble reportedly stated that Dhoni will face difficulties in the IPL 2024 because to a lack of playing time after recuperating from a knee ailment. In an interview with Jio Cinema, Kumble stated:
“He has undergone a knee surgery. He has to work hard, but he is someone who will not give you any clue about when he is going to leave. We have seen that with the way he left international cricket too. I am sure the fans and the players want him to go all the way. I am sure if he is ready if he makes himself ready, he will play the full season.”

“I think last year was a classic example. We all know he was not 100 percent fit, but yet he managed to be at his best behind the stumps, in front of the stumps. You have time, but he has hardly played any cricket. It’s not going to be easy.”
