On Tuesday, March 12, the BCCI provided an official medical and fitness report for Shami, Rishabh Pant, and Prasidh Krishna. The official update on the quick bowler stated:
A fast bowler using his right arm fights for Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL. Actually, he’s the one who takes the most wickets for the team, with 48 wickets in 33 matches. All these at an average of 21.04 and a strike rate of 15.75.
