Recently, KL Rahul, a member of Team India, made a trip to Udupi’s Sri Mookambika Temple. His mission? To receive Goddess Mookambika Devi’s blessings before the upcoming Test series against England.
His last appearance on the cricket ground was during the 2-match Test series in South Africa. This month, he didn’t make the cut for the T20I series against Afghanistan. Instead, the cricket organization chose to give Sanju Samson and Jitesh Sharma an opportunity for wicket-keeping.
KL Rahul did an impressive job leading the ODI team to a 2-1 win in South Africa. After that, he changed roles, playing as a wicket-keeper in two Test matches. He was sixth in the batting line-up.
