Yuvraj Singh, the former India all-rounder, turns 42 on Tuesday, December 12. On his special day, Hazel Keech, the great cricketer’s wife, sent him a wonderful, love-filled wish.
Hazel posted a lovely video on social media including some of Yuvraj Singh’s adorable moments with her and their children. She also sent a cute caption to her hubby.
She wrote in the caption:
In 2011, Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech got together at a friend’s party. The couple was married on November 30, 2016. After their son Orion Keech Singh was born in January 2022, they became parents for the first time. The couple was blessed with a baby girl earlier this year in August, and they called her Aura.
“How many people talk about him?” – Gautam Gambhir feels Yuvraj Singh didn’t get enough recognition for his role in India’s 2011 World Cup win
Yuvraj Singh helped India win the 2011 cricket World Cup at home. He played a big part with both batting and bowling, being named the best player of the tournament. Some innings had long scores while others were short. His bowling ranged from many runs to just a few.
Yuvraj Singh took 15 wickets in nine matches and amassed 362 runs. Despite Yuvraj’s outstanding achievements at the main event, teammate Gautam Gambhir feels that he wasn’t given enough credit.
Gambhir stated on the ANI podcast:
Yuvraj participated in the 2011 World Cup despite being diagnosed with cancer. He announced his retirement from all forms of international cricket in June 2019 after a distinguished career.
