The Mumbai Indians (MI) captain, Hardik Pandya, eÂxpressed frustration during their Indian PreÂmier League (IPL) 2024 match. Against DeÂlhi Capitals (DC) at Arun Jaitley Stadium, this happened on Saturday (April 27).
In a video, Hardik Pandya was seen in an agitated temper after the 10th over. Even though Mohammad Nabi just bowled a four-run over, he managed to dismiss Abishek Porel. After 10 overs, DC had a score of 128/2. The all-rounder seems displeased with his bowling performance.
Hardik Pandya finished the match wicketless, conceding 41 runs. He bowled the fifth and seventh overs, for 20 and 21 runs, respectively.

For the uninitiated, Hardik Pandya has failed to produce as MI captain this season, and the supporters haven’t been kind to him since taking over from Rohit Sharma.
IPL champs five timeÂs, Mumbai Indians are ninth. They have won just thrice out of eight games. 30-year-old Pollard took four wickeÂts from nine innings. His batting is not great, scoring 151 runs from eight innings. He aims to be better as Mumbai Indians try reÂaching the playoffs.
DC set a 258-run target for MI in IPL 2024 match
Jake Fraser-McGurk’s precise batting performance helped DC score 257/4 against MI in the IPL on Saturday. McGurk scored 84 runs off 27 balls, including six sixes and 11 boundaries. He shared the opening wicket with Abishek Porel, scoring 114 runs together.
Tristan Stubbs also scored an undefeated 48 off 25 deliveries, including two sixes and six boundaries. Shai Hope, Abishek Porel, and Rishabh Pant scored 41 (17), 36 (27), and 29 (19), respectively.
MI bowlers Luke Wood, Jasprit Bumrah, Piyush Chawla, and Mohammed Nabi each took one wicket.
DC will now try to maintain their winning streak after defeating the Gujarat Titans by four runs in a thriller. They will also be looking to revenge their 29-run setback over MI earlier this season.
MI, on the other side, will try to rebound from a nine-wicket loss to the Rajasthan Royals. They will be searching for inspiration from Punjab Kings’ 262-run chase against Kolkata Knight Riders on Friday.
