Ex-cricketer Harbhajan Singh thinks Team India could opt for four main spinners in the second Test. This is one of five home matches they’re playing against England.
His opinion is based on the pitch condition. If it’s spinning, The Men in Blue might choose to leave out pacer Mohammed Siraj for an additional spinner. This viewpoint came to light in Harbhajan’s recent YouTube recording.
“From the squad India have picked, I am expecting it to be a turning wicket. If it is going to turn even more than what we saw in the first match, There is a possibility of India playing four spinners, with Jasprit Bumrah being the only fast bowler.”

Harbhajan argued that the hosts should attempt to prepare a better surface for the second Test, given their inexperienced batting lineup, saying:
“I sincerely hope that the pitch will be better than what we saw in Hyderabad. India have a young batting lineup, and we should give them a chance to get some runs under their belt. It will benefit India if a good pitch is prepared.”
