Even corporate personnel need to exercise in some capacity, according to Gautam Gambhir, if they want to stay in shape. He also emphasized the connection between exercise and restful sleep.

Former India bowler S Sreesanth also emphasized the significance of enough rest. The famous cricketer advised him to listen to theta waves, which would help him fall asleep quicker.
Sreesanth made these remarks in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda. He stated:
