Australia ended the second day of the test on a very good note but what happened after that was a complete nightmare for them. The third day began with a score of 61 for 1, but soon the entire Australian innings collapsed within a span of 52 runs. R Ashwin began the collapse on the third morning with the dismissal of Travis Head in the very first over of the day before R Jadeja showed his magical spell and raced to his career-best of 7 for 42 as Australia tried to tackle the Indian spinners with playing sweep and reverse-sweep and lost six of their batsmen in the process. 27.1 Carey’s Reverse Sweep of Success. These are his go-to shots. Another try for a reverse sweep and another batsman pays the price. No real turn on the ball and the leg stump is knocked out.
