The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released a statement regarding false ads. These ads incorrectly suggested that one could pay money for admission at Bengaluru’s National Cricket Academy (NCA). The BCCI cleared confusion by saying entry into the Bengaluru facility depends solely on merit.
In an official statement issued on Friday, February 16, the Board of Control for Cricket in India confessed that it had discovered bogus advertising promising prospective cricketers entrance to the NCA.
The cricket body said that the NCA facilities are solely available to Board of Control for Cricket in India-contracted players.
Hurt Indian cricketers go to NCA for treatment. Lately, many Indian sportspeople, including Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja, visited the Bengaluru place for treatment of injuries.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India published news regarding the off-spinner’s ongoing non-participation for the balance of the match:
Despite Ashwin not playing, India’s bowling team dismissed England at 319 during their first attempt at batting in Rajkot. Mohammed Siraj secured 4/84, while Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja got two wickets, each.
