Ajinkya Rahane made a fantastic catch to remove David Miller in the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) versus Gujarat Titans (GT) Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match at MA Chidambaram Stadium on Tuesday, March 26. Miller took the catch and went on to score 21 runs off 16 balls, including three boundaries.
The dismissal came in the 12th over of GT’s innings. Tushar Deshpande delivered a full-length ball on the leg stump, which Miller flipped into the air. Ajinkya Rahane went forward at deep mid-wicket to complete the catch.

With the wicket, the Super Kings reduced GT to 96/4 in 11.5 overs.

CSK dominating GT in IPL 2024 clash
The Chennai Super Kings are currently crushing the Gujarat Titans in the IPL. Gujarat were 119/6 after 15.5 overs, with Rashid Khan and Rahul Tewatia at the crease.
When asked to bat first, CSK scored 206/6 in their allocated 20 overs. Shivam Dube excelled with the bat for the Super Kings, scoring 51 runs off 23 balls, including five sixes and two boundaries.
Skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rachin Ravindra scored 46 (36) and 46 (20), respectively. Daryl Mitchell added 24 off 20, while debutant Sameer Rizvi made an appearance, scoring 14 off six deliveries.
Rashid Khan, Gujarat’s top bowler, returned figures of 2/49, while Sai Kishore, Spencer Johnson, and Mohit Sharma each took one wicket.
Previously, CSK defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru by six wickets in the IPL 2024 opening on March 22. The Ruturaj Gaikwad-led team will meet the Delhi Capitals (DC) at Visakhapatnam’s ACA-VDCA Stadium on Sunday (March 31).
In contrast, GT won their inaugural game against the Mumbai Indians (MI) by six runs in a thriller. Shubman Gill and company will face Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday.
